Pikkie delivers to any address in Australia via Standard AustPost. All orders will be charged a flat additional charge of $8.50 for postage and handling. For larger items to retail stores we will deliver via our local/interstate carrier.
 
Once your order has been processed you will receive confirmation of your order and delivery via email. If a product is out of stock we will advise you via email of a suitable substitute and delivery. If we cannot deliver a satisfactory substitute, your order we be cancelled and a full refund will be returned. Upon payment we endeavour to process orders within 7-14 days.
